This covers legal liability for injury to employees up to £10,000,000 or £5,000,000 if the loss arises from terrorism.

Public Liability

This covers Legal liability to the general public for personal injury and/or damage to their property arising from negligence by you or your employees in the conduct of your dry cleaning business, up to £2,000,000

Products Liability

Up to a limit of £2,000,000 this covers accidental injury to the general public or damage to their property caused by any product that you have sold or supplied to them which is no longer under your control or in your possession.

Money and Personal Assault

Subject to certain limits, this covers loss of money on the premises, in transit or at your or one of your employees homes.

Goods in Transit

Standard cover provides £2,500 of protection of goods in transit against loss or damage by you or your employees or a third party. A higher sum can be insured if necessary.

The following sections can be arranged as additions if you should require them:

Terrorism

The optional extra cover provides against the effect of damage caused by an act of terrorism

All Risks

This optional cover provides an alternative to covering individual machinery on your premises like dry cleaning equipment, computers, telephones etc against specific perils under the Property Damage sections; instead this provides a wider level of cover.

The above notes are very brief summaries of the protection available under components of the insurance products Warrings promote for dry cleaners. These summaries do not constitute any insurance policy or contain the full terms and conditions of insurance cover or limitations under the policy and should not be relied upon as such to be representative of the cover we may eventually provide under a contract of insurance. Full policy wordings and a more detailed summary of cover are available upon request directly from a Warrings insurance representative.
