Dry cleaners insurance news - Theft at Northamptonshire small business

04 November 2009

A small business owner in Northamptonshire has recently had to consider a dry cleaners insurance claim for an incident in which money was stolen from the premises of his shop.

Although money was taken in the robbery, it is not thought there were any significant signs of forced entry, so it is unlikely that the owner's dry cleaners insurance company will be receiving a claim for property damage.

Police say that the two men who perpetrated the robbery were both white, but could not provide any further details of their appearance.

It is not known whether the owner had sufficient dry cleaners insurance to provide complete cover against the theft.

Police have urged anyone with information about the robbery to contact Crimestoppers.
